Hexcel’s Burlington plant manufactures Engineered Core components from metallic and non-metallic honeycomb. Customers are offered a broad range of capabilities in HexWeb® honeycomb processing. These include: 5-axis NC Machining, sawing, slotting, chamfering, simple and complex core forming, splicing, stabilizing, potting, bonding and curing.

Involved with pre-planning, Chad Fisher Construction was selected as the Design-Build contractor for the expansion of Hexcel Corporations Burlington plant. The facility includes over 60,000 square feet of new manufacturing floor area, a 5,500 square foot ISO Level 8 clean room and over 7,000 square feet of new offices, meeting rooms, employee areas and restrooms.

Chad Fisher Construction worked throughout one of the wettest winters on record to complete this facility and deliver to our client on-time and under budget.
